VibePost is a local marketplace where people and businesses post listings. To keep it safe and useful for everyone, all users agree to these rules. By posting, you confirm you have the right to sell or offer what you list and that it follows all applicable laws.
What you may not post
- Illegal goods or services of any kind
- Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Sexual services, adult content, or anything sexually exploitative
- Anything involving minors that is unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate
- Stolen goods, counterfeits, or items you do not have the right to sell
- Scams, fraud, deceptive offers, or pyramid schemes
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content
- Spam, duplicate listings, or misleading information
Reporting & takedowns
Every listing has a Report link. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it and tell us why. We review reports and remove listings that violate this policy. We may remove any listing and suspend any account at our discretion, with or without notice.
Our role
VibePost is a neutral platform that hosts listings created by its users. We do not create, endorse, or verify user listings, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Users are solely responsible for their own posts, communications, and deals. Meet safely, use common sense, and verify items in person before paying.
